THANK YOU and Campus Pride Give OUT Day 2021 fundraiser results

Thank you to all of our supporters!

Thank you to everyone who supported Campus Pride’s Give OUT Day campaign. Thanks to your donations, Campus Pride won first place in the Southern Large Organization category. We also came in second place in the Transgender/Gender Nonconforming/Nonbinary category and second place in the National Medium Organization category. Campus Pride received more than 512 individual donations and raised over $21,000 during the month of June. We more than tripled our number of participants and dollars raised from Give OUT Day 2020. Since you all helped get us to that first-place ranking, we’ve won a $5,000 grant from the Horizons Foundation

“Give OUT Day is our most important, and most fun, fundraising event of the year precisely because it focuses on small-dollar contributions, making it accessible to the very people our organization serves,” says Campus Pride Executive Director Shane Windmeyer. “I couldn’t be prouder or more grateful. Thank you for all you do.”

Career Connect: Helping LGBTQ young professionals

Campus Pride is celebrating its 20-year anniversary, and we are developing a new platform called Career Connect to help connect college students to mentorship and career opportunities. All Give OUT Day donations help pay for the Career Connect platform being released later this year.

Your support helps LGBTQ students achieve their goals and make a difference in their communities. Learn more about Career Connect or schedule a Career Connect demo for your company/organization at campuspride.org/careerconnect.
