Mental health for the holidays with Campus Pride

Campus Pride ambassadors and interns give advice to LGBTQ students on surviving the holiday season

We know the holidays can be a sensitive and stressful time for members of the LGBTQ community. We want you to know that you are not alone. Just because it’s the holidays doesn’t mean it has to be stressful. There are things we all can do together that can help ease our anxieties. 

That’s why we collaborated with some of our amazing interns and Campus Pride ambassadors to see what tips and advice they have that will help you get through this holiday season! We will be updating our Instagram @campuspride with tips for surviving and thriving during the holidays until December 25, 2021.

Campus Pride will be offering support to LGBTQ youth who may struggle with mental health especially around the holidays. Our team wants to help LGBTQ students cope with this time of year in a healthy and positive way.
