Back to School: LGBTQ-friendly Tools for Action

It’s Back to School time…

This year that means online classes mostly. And very few campuses are having full-time in-person class participation. We continue to struggle with health and safety and a return to “normal.”

For LGBTQ college students, many already at-risk, they are feeling ever more isolated, unsafe and anxious. Now more than ever they need places online that are supportive and provide meaningful engagement as well as build community.

Campus Pride has been adapting quickly as we assess the needs of LGBTQ and ally college students during this unprecedented time. Our online resources have been a priority allowing students access to engage with one another, learn valuable skills and find tools to create positive change.

This August we are continuing our “Tips to Laugh, Love and Cope” online series.  The live virtual safe space helps LGBTQ individuals and their allies find community and seek support every week online.

Will you chip in $25 to help with Back to School activities?

PLEASE HELP: Your $25 donation helps us continue these Back to School programs and offer more this Fall.    Please donate online now.
