More than ever, college students today do not fit or want to fit into boxes for their complex, intersectional identities. Language and identities are constantly changing, and understanding how students choose to identify beyond “LGBTQ” is vital to how we support their health and safety on campus and provide a welcoming, inclusive campus environment. This webinar will discuss the spectrum of sexual and gender identities–paying particular attention to non-binary identities that are much less visible, including individuals who are intersex, asexual, and agender. The presenters will share personal perspectives, research, resources, and specific tools to educate about the spectrum of identities.
