WEBINAR: #Day1 Webinar to Stop Bullying & Harassment — Get your campus involved

Join Campus Pride & Tyler Clementi Foundation- #Day1 Campaign: Stop Bullying Today

Wednesday, July 29th at 2pm ET and Tuesday, August 4th at 2pm ET

How can my campus stop bullying & harassment on #Day1?  In partnership with the Tyler Clementi Foundation, Campus Pride will be conducting national college organizing outreach for the #Day1 Campaign to stop bullying and harassment on campuses (CampusPride.org/DayOne).

This presentation is structured to introduce participants to The Tyler Clementi Foundation’s innovative new campaign, Day 1. Driven by best practices, #Day1 works to prevent bullying, harassment and humiliation in schools, workplaces and athletic programs before they begin. This presentation starts with a review of the history of The Tyler Clementi Foundation: Who was Tyler? When did the foundation form? The main focus of this presentation centers on The Day 1 Campaign and how individuals can get their teachers, faculty, and universities involved this Fall.

Campus Pride will also share resources on how to create a safer, more LGBTQ-friendly campus and how to engage your campus on LGBTQ issues throughout the year.
