Daniel Gray

Daniel Gray is a tenacious singer/ songwriter who has experienced more in his 23 years than most people do in a lifetime. A refugee from Katrina-devastated New Orleans, Daniel has chosen to use his experiences to fuel his creativity, creating his critically successful dance album “INVICTUS” with Platinum producer Mark Berry, whose credits include artist such as David Bowie, Duran Duran, Billy Idol, Boy George, Kool & the Gang, and Yes.

His debut single “Lost & Found” garnerned a lot of requests and attention. The music video was world premiered by Jennifer Hudson on LOGO’s PopLab. His second single “Cast Away” was another runaway success. That music video was also premiered on LOGO’s PopLab by Beyonce Knowles.

In the summer of 2010 however, Daniel Gray began to work on a new album with new producer DJ Dirty Boy, an up-and-coming producer from Connecticut.  Daniel says he wants to get in touch with something a little more gritty, dark and 100% pure club dance. In February of 2011 Daniel released his first official buzz single, entitled “Incarcerated”, that got a massive response, with over 1500 downloads in the first week on SoundCloud and iTunes.  The album,  with the same name as the title track, was released in the 2012 and there is much more to look forward to from Gray.
