OUT for Work is a sister program of Campus Pride and represents the only national non-industry specific career conference for LGBT and Ally college students. The mission of the career conference is to educate, prepare, and empower LGBT students for the challenges they face when transitioning from academia to the workplace. The program brings together recently graduated and current undergraduate students and representatives from America's top organizations and LGBT advocacy groups. The conference concludes with the opportunity for the sponsors to recruit participants for internship and employment opportunities at the PRIDE Job Fair.
