Campus Pride and the HRC North Carolina Gala are excited to announce that the 2013 Campus Pride and HRC Carolinas College Summit will be held February 22-23, 2012, in Charlotte in conjunction with the annual gala. The summit will include leadership training, resources for creating change on campus, guest speakers, and networking opportunities for LGBTQ and ally college students from across the Carolinas. The application is available on the HRC NC Gala website until February 1, 2013.

Approximately 30 scholarships to attend the summit and gala will be awarded. Students who are not awarded scholarships have the option of paying $50 to attend the summit only. Housing is not provided, and students are encouraged to seek institutional funding to cover the costs of travel, housing, and (if not awarded a scholarship) registration.
